Shawna Nguyen, CEO/ Contract Loan Processor
Shawna's journey in the mortgage industry began in 2001 as a loan processor. It was during this time that she discovered her true passion lay in delivering exceptional service and assisting individuals in achieving homeownership. The phrase "clear to close" resonated deeply with her, becoming her favorite three words.
During the challenging period of the Great Recession from 2007 to 2009, Shawna served as a contract processor. However, driven by the desire to further her expertise in mortgage operations, she returned to the workforce. This return allowed her to gain invaluable experience in underwriting and management, broadening her skill set.
Throughout her career, Shawna has had the privilege of collaborating with numerous outstanding loan officers. Her strength lies in cultivating strong relationships, an aspect where she consistently thrives. While working in the corporate setting, she recognized inefficiencies in the chain of command that hindered loan officers' effectiveness. This realization prompted her to establish Clas Mortgage Processing, aiming to provide unparalleled service directly to her partners.

Deno, the Purr-fect Pawcessor
Deno, once a resident of an animal shelter, submitted numerous loan applications. However, it wasn't until 2022 that his 'catplication' received approval from his current paw-tner, Shawna. Deno, our mascot here at Clas Mortgage Processing, now oversees 'Catplications' for shelter animals seeking housing approvals. His passion not only involves assisting deserving cats but also aims to set a trend in helping senior cats secure homes. Deno is the driving force behind our commitment to making a 'paw-sitive' impact on the lives of our furry friends.
